That’s What Friends Are For
Ahhh. There are so many things to be happy about. I have friends who are always there to listen to my endless stories. They give me advice on the possible solutions I should take. I met them when I was still studying at their school, and we became best friends. Arianne Encarnacion was my classmate in English, Geography, and Math. We help and support each other when we have problems. We even shared our “baon” during lunch time. I can say that we’ve shared a lot of memories. From our English class, we met Sezeille Valenzuela, Jeline Solis, and Kit Adriano. We became a group. A group who is always there to help each member. We share everything. We are always there through good times and in bad. After a year, I moved to Mississauga. Our friendship did not stop when I moved here. We always talk and share our experiences and problems. It was on my birthday in 2010 when I met one of my best friends. I met the “unkabogable”, Alec “VICE” Carreon. We all became best friends. We never forget to ask each other how our day was. We are approximately 45 kilometres away, yet we manage to talk everyday. Our group did not stop growing. We met a lot of new friends through the years, Keem Adriano, Lizette Carandang, Ken Adriano, Arianne Casison and Colleen Marzo. They are now part of our group, our family. We have so many memories together. The memories of our Christmas party, Jeline’s debut, simple gatherings after exams and especially our summer trips are some of the highlights of what we’ve been through. We are a family..
I always tell them that with God, my family and them, I can surpass any challenges I am facing in life. I am happy and grateful to have them in my life here in Canada. They are always there to listen and give advice when I am in my lowest point. We may have some misunderstandings, but we always try to fix it. I will always treasure every moment I have with them. I wish I can be with them right now.

I can do this. I hope I can. I always think that God has a purpose why this is happening in my life. I feel so down and depressed right now.
